Announcement and Interpretation of the NHC regarding the Inclusion of Blueberry Anthocyanin in the 14 “Three New Foods”
On May 6th, the National Health Commission (NHC) made an announcement regarding the inclusion of Blueberry Anthocyanin, Black Wheat Pollen, L-Selenium-Methylselenocysteine, and other substances in the 14 “Three New Foods” (referring to new varieties of food raw materials, food additives, and food-related products). The NHC provided an interpretation of this inclusion and its implications.
