On February 18, the State Administration for Market Regulation released the 2023 Standard Formulation Plan for the Market Regulation Industry. This includes the Guidelines for the Implementation of HACCP in Micro- and Small-sized Production Enterprises, the Code of Practice for Enterprise Food Safety Risk Control List, the Code of Practice for Information and Data Management for Food Safety Credit, the Code of Practice for Weekly and Monthly Examination of Food Safety, the Technical Guidelines for the Conduction of Food Safety Mass Satisfaction Survey, and the Code of Practice for the Classification and evaluation of Enterprise Credit Risks.
