The CNHFA has initiated a series of Talks on the Four Novelties, featuring various expert seminars. These seminars aim to foster the high-quality advancement of the industry by facilitating expert discussions on the scientific research and application of the four novelties: novel raw materials, processes, functions, and products.

As part of this initiative, the CNHFA organized an expert seminar on nutrient consumption on January 19th in Beijing. The meeting invited experts from the Health Commission, risk assessment domain experts, and industry representatives to share insights and discuss nutrient consumption practices.
