The CNHFA has initiated a series of Talks on the Four Novelties, featuring various expert seminars. These seminars aim to foster the high-quality advancement of the industry by facilitating expert discussions on the scientific research and application of the four novelties: novel raw materials, processes, functions, and products.
As part of this initiative, the CNHFA organized an expert seminar on the clinical application of infant formula on January 28th in Beijing. The seminar featured experts such as Lai Jianqiang, Researcher at the Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention; Fan Ling, Director of Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital; Li Zailing, Director of Peking University Third Hospital; Feng Qi, Director of Peking University Women's and Children's Hospital; and Hu Bo, Director of Tianjin Children's Hospital. These experts engaged in a scientific discussion on the research of breast milk HMO and clinical evidence of HMO. The meeting was chaired by Li Liangqiu, Executive Vice President of the CNHFA, and attended by CNHFA-recognized Expert Deng Shaowei, CNHFA’s Secretary General Zhang Zhongpeng, and CNHFA’s Deputy Secretary General Hao Bin.
