On 28th March, the CNHFA hosted a symposium on the renewal of health food certificates in Beijing. The event welcomed relevant leaders from the Department of Special Food Safety Supervision and Management and the Centre for Food Review of the State Administration for Market Regulation, as well as leaders from market regulation authorities in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. Experts from the health food industry, representatives of CNHFA's member enterprises producing health food products, and relevant personnel from CNHFA's Secretariat also participated.

During the symposium, participants engaged in comprehensive discussions on the background of health food licence renewal, specific implementation methods, and approaches, as well as typical challenges faced by the industry. These discussions laid a solid foundation for the smooth and orderly progression of health food licence renewal efforts.

Moving forward, CNHFA pledges to remain attentive to health food renewal activities, gather insights on common industry challenges, and organise relevant exchange initiatives as needed. These efforts aim to support the high-quality development of the health food industry.
